How do I return a Platatac item?

All returns, refunds and exchanges, please complete the following form and select 'Warranty / Returns' before returning any items.
Change of mind
The product must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.
Wrong size/colour
The product must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the item. If exchanging an item, enclose a stamped, self-addressed Australia Post satchel to accommodate the returned item. With all tags still attached and/or in the condition in which it was purchased and presented with original receipt.
If you are returning or exchanging an item, it needs to be returned to us in the original condition it was sent to you. This includes packaging were practicable, e.g. footwear boxes.
Refunds will only be processed for goods, returned with accompanying documentation, and if the goods are in good condition. A re-stocking fee may apply.
Please note, the postage of the returned item, and postage for exchanged goods are to be paid by you, the customer, unless otherwise arranged.
